Shark Diving Xperts (SDX)

Shark Diving XpertsShark Diving Xperts was founded by Jimi Partington, a diving instructor who has worked closely with sharks in many locations around the world including Grey Nurse Sharks in Sydney and Whale Sharks in Western Australia.

He is currently the SDX guide onboard the “Islander”, conducting Great White Shark trips at Guadalupe Island, Mexico. However, our Xperts team is made up of many individuals who all share one thing in common – their expertise and their love for these incredible animals.

Fourth Element

fourthelementlogoFourth Element began in 1999 with a conversation over a post dive beer in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt. We set out to design high quality clothing with a simple yet diving oriented style. With backgrounds in design and human physiology, we spent a year and a half researching designs and fabrics for a range of casual and technical diving clothing.

The Fourth Element Technical range is designed around the principles of performance, innovation and function. Using the latest fabric technology in unique combinations and designs, the Fourth Element Technical range revolutionises thermal protection for both Wetsuit and Drysuit diving.

Steve Prior – PADI IDC Platinum Course Director

Steve PriorSteve has vast experience of teaching courses on communication, motivation and confidence building. During your PADI Instructor Development Course you’ll learn the very latest practices that modern corporations develop. People often tell me that they use these techniques in other areas of their lives.
Choosing your PADI IDC is a massive decision. You will want to be a great instructor and want to learn in a fun but challenging environment. You only become a PADI Instructor once in your life so make sure your PADI IDC experience is memorable for all of the right reasons.

His passion is psychology, and particularly in how people learn. This is what makes Steve unique. He follows his motto of “Don’t teach courses – teach People!” in every area of his work. With this in mind, you’ll find that Steve’s methods are not always the same as some others in the Dive Industry. He is adamant that people learn using their own learning style and that they have fun.

DivesanghaThe Divesangha team is made of a bunch of industrial designers based in London. Over the years we have pretty much designed everything, from mobile phones to vacuum cleaners, but the truth is that we spend a lot of time dreaming about sea adventures. We are motivated by passion, uniqueness, innovation and a crazy love for the sea and for scuba diving.

We didn’t start Divesangha because we thought divers and sea enthusiasts needed another cool t-shirt or another pair of funky shorts. We felt it was time for basic, easy to wear clothes that finally gave divers a proper identity and answered some specific needs.
